Morning thing

So as I haven't said anything in like a week, I figure this is going to be my saturday morning thing to do while drinking my cup of tea.

This past week was crazy!

Monday....I don't think anything exciting happened, can't remember

Tuesday... once again can't remember

Wed...was a good day, on my way home I saw Kari outside of carlson and beep like eight hundred times and she called me after and we had a good laugh! Then she said she was having people over for dinner on thursday and that I should come. That night Ellen came over and Sara, Mike, Ellen and I had a ball hanging out and laughing our asses off. Sorry Kelley and Johanna that was probably really annoying to talk to. Oh and Sara made some cookie dough and for all of you abroad it was amazing!

Thursday- classes seemed to go by really fast and Sid offically hates Kari hahaha. All class he was giving her dirty looks then we broke into groups to discuss an article and when we got back to the big group Sid asked us what we talked about. Kari raised her hand right away, but Sid went all around the room calling on everyone else. Then he paused for a while, so Lauren raised her hand and mid raise Sid called on her. To make it even funnier, Kari was one person away from Lauren. We all about died when that happened. Oh and there are new people manning the counter in the Carlson food area and Lauren and I went to get a cookie before HR and a super cute boy was standing behind it, so we talked to him for a while while we ordered and then she and I made the decision that every thursday we are going to get food from there to see him and start more convos with him. Oh his name was Chris. Cedric and my management class had to me moved to another room because a light bulb went out. So in the new room I sat on the end and he sat next to this cute girl on the other side. Right when class ended he turned to her and started talk like we have IDSc together and hahaha stuff. So as to not ruin his thing going on I was like I'll see you later because I didn't want to interrupt him hitting on some girl. I walked out of the class laughing. Then dinner on thursday night was amazing! Eric made homemade Lasanga and we had garlic bread, salad, and mandrain oranges (don't really know where those fit in). It was a great group that was there, Sam, Kysa, Kari, Eric, Drew, Austin, Madeline, Amy, Alex, and myself. It was definatly successful and great company.

Friday- So I had to run to proex because on our sheet for what to bring to the study abroad meeting it said to bring a passport sized photo. I was like shit I don't have that, so I ran to proex and they did it. In the mean time I bought a frame for my painting that I got this summer and I was super excited to finally put it up on the wall. As I was putting the painting in it, I heard a crack but didn't think much of it, but when I turned it back over I freaking broke the glass! I was like of course this would happen to me, so I think tomorrow I am running back over there and getting another frame. Then It was off to the study abroad meeting. I picked up Kari from Coffman, dropped her off at her apartment and parked my car. We decided we would meet on the bridge between carlson on grand marc, but I got there before her and called and she was like "I CAN'T FIND MY PASSPORT!" I thought it was hilarious because how many times has she lost that thing. The meeting was super worthless for the first hour and Kari and I were even late. It was like things may have changed since you last flew blah blah blah. But then we broke up into small program based groups and met the teacher and heard about what the class is going to be like and what China is going to be like. She and I are so jazzed about going now, it kind of hit us that we were going. So after that I went home and right when I walked in the door Kysa called and she and I had a nice long chat, so that was fun and then Sara and I went to dinner. It was the first thing we have ever done together that was outside the apartment and not picking up our cars. So at dinner the waiter was all out of sorts cuz it was busy and he looked tired, so we joked around with him and I think it made him feel good. I love talking to waiters and kinda learning about them a little bit and I know of i were a waitress I would love when people would talk to me. We gave him a pretty decent tip I think. Sara put some change on top of the tip, so then I went in my wallet and took out all the change I had, which was like a dime, two nickels, and two pennies, so we laughed that I gave him pennies. Then she and I played scrabble and hung out the rest of the night.

Saturday- well today we are going to 27 dress (by we I mean Sara and I) at 1 and then I don't know what is going on tonight yet

Sunday- Tomorrow, I am picking up Mike and Brett and they are coming over for the superbowl. Sara is going to make hot wings because apparently her mom knows how and she is going to find out how which is awesome and I think we are going to do take and bake from Papa Murphy's as well, so that should be fun.
